293. Inspection by creditor or partner of statements filed by liquidator.

Any partner or creditor, if any, of an LLP which is being wound up shall be entitled to inspect any of the statements filed with the liquidator on payment of a fee as prescribed in Annexure and to obtain a copy thereof or extract therefrom on payment of the prescribed charges as prescribed in Annexure.
